Charles: Lightning Source, Inc. would have the figures for 90% of POD books, since they print most of them, with a few notable exceptions. Most of the big vanity presses use them.

Heff: With POD book originating from so many places and sold in every way imaginable, I doubt that any accurate total sales figures exist.
